If you want to harness your skills within a company full of possibilities, this role is for you. - Our Network Project Manager roles in India is where you get to lead and manage the execution of real estate acquisition and disposal projects in designated area and operations for a specified geography for our Retail sites. In this role, you get to work with our Retail Network team as work closely with external stakeholder and Landowners help them Identify and negotiate new opportunities. - Minimize the cost of acquiring or renewing real estate. Build and evaluates business cases for investments to profitably deliver the sales targets at the Retail sites. The Role : - Project management of real estate acquisition, manage brokers, internal stakeholders (sales, engineers, environmental, legal). Manages lease renewals and rent reviews. - Prepares investment proposals for individual site acquisitions that are consistent with the premises of the overall Project Investment mandate. Writing investment proposals. - Engage and manage the team of external solicitors who conduct the property due diligence process for all acquisitions and leases. - Development of Investment/Divestment proposals for prospective investors Job Requirements : - Professionals with 6-10 years of work experience in experience in broad spectrum of Retailing, of which 3+ years are solid experience in Real Estate or Sales &amp; Ops in challenging environment, preferably with a Master's degree in Management - Work experience in Land acquisition and retail expansion, network sales and operations, with a proven track record in managing various site performance and metrics with excellent Oral and written communication skills - Experienced individuals from Oil &amp; Gas /Retail industries will be beneficial - Champions Customer and Stakeholder Focus. Achieve standardization of and disposals while operating in very challenging local business environmental. What we look for : - A professional, with a good interface management and experience in effective project delivery. You will need to have a good understanding of Retail business with prior experience stakeholder management ensuring land acquisition / divestment, permitting and construction are strictly within Shell's business scope. - Land acquisition is challenging in an environment where titles are unclear, against a background of buoyant market and especially working with authorities can be challenging. - We're keen to hear from you, if you're a strong team member with excellent communications skills and able to work within a virtual team, excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
