The Shell Retail business encompasses circa 43,000 sites in more than 60+ countries serving 15 million customers a day. The company-operated part of the network, currently encompasses over 11,000 sites, held as a mixture of tenure types. Being 3 bn USD business Retail has an ambitious growth agenda to deliver 5 bn USD C5 by 2020.  The delivery of this ambitious aspiration will require us to grow our Network in future heartlands such as China, India, Indonesia, Thailand, South Africa Russia, Poland and also maximize the existing value of our businesses in our core markets such as Germany, Malaysia, Netherlands, UK, US, Canada.  Since the start of its operation in 2004, Retail India business has grown both in terms of scale & operations - currently approx 75 retail sites are in operation in South & Western territories. Years to come in retail would witness high volume growth, aggressive network expansions & an enhanced focus on Customer Value Propositions (CVP)  The network is expected to grow across RBA and DO platforms with number of sites close to # 500.  - Manage the communication channels with the sales force and with the Retailers, Dealers ( include for Service Champions)  - Managing Market Hub - web-based internal communication platform and Content management thereof  - Execute communications programs and events for Retailer and Site staff  - Making of Newsletter for Retailers and Site staff  - Coordinate the execution of the Channel Survey & Site staff Surveys  - Service Champion engagement on Ops Initiatives and managing related communications (Enabling Service Champion R&R & Programs - reports / engagement/GOC etc.)  - S&O CSR focal  - Managing External Affairs, GI / GR focal for Retail  - Interface with Marketing areas to communicate Marketing efforts to the sales force and to the Retailers  - Handling Customer communications: Managing customer complaints and Feedback protocol through CSC.  - Corporate Information Management: GRM TRIM  - Site opening and closure Support  - Support S&O Special Projects  Requirements:  - Manage the communications content and channels towards the sales force and between Shell and the Retailers, ensuring their effectiveness whilst optimizing costs
