What we look for: - A professional, with a good interface management and experience in effective project delivery. You will need to have a good understanding of Retail business with prior experience stakeholder management. Overall journey&nbsp; interacting with external customers&nbsp; automotive passenger &amp; commercial car OEMs - Negotiating for orders - you will be taking care of internal stakeholders - Finance, OTM process, customer support to deliver the customer requirements on ground - Ensure that month end sales requirements are met - Deliver top line growth by selling Shell Customer Value Proposition (CVP) in line with Shell's HSSE policy and General Business Principles - Coordination with business finance, credit, customer care center, sales support and logistics teams to ensure the implementation of the strategy for the sector and for its growth - To handle the OE Franchised Workshop business (existing customers &amp; building new prospect pipeline) - Supporting the indirect teams to deliver the FWS (Franchisee WorkShops) targets and taking ownership of the same. Accountabilities :&nbsp; - Managing a Target &amp; Off Role Staff to achieve Volume, Net Proceeds and targets as per T&amp;R plans. - Working Capital Management with correct Sales forecasting, good credit control as focus areas and deliver business plan within outstanding collections and targets. Take business decisions that reduce risk to business and are profitable to Shell. - Maintain and grow good working relationships and business associations with the OEM Commercial, Sales and service teams. - Drive the business through new /prospective customers, supporting for conversions and ensuring increase in market penetration and market share. - Effectively manage direct costs within the business and ensure competitive cost structure for business conduct. - Working along with the marketing team to build, support, develop and implement marketing initiatives and business growth strategy. - Utilize all available resources effectively for business growth and manage interface with support functions for the business. - Adhering to Shell General Business Principles in all transactions and conduct of business with external parties; demonstrate and inculcate this behavior. - Demonstrating commitment to and be responsible for HSSE and the company's commitment on sustainable development; inculcating safety conscious behavior, with external parties; meeting own safety targets as per the performance contract. - Demonstrate inclusive behavior in all aspects of the company's work, provide equal opportunity and treatment to people from both genders, different cultural and ethnic backgrounds and recognize and respect different ways of thinking. Job Requirements : - With experience in Customer Value Proposition, Selling &amp; Negotiation, and Key Account Management - Work experience of 6 to 9 years with preferably engineering &amp; Management back ground - Good understanding of B2B &amp; B2C OEM Business and experience in Sales - High focus on performance and delivery - Strong Customer focus, preferably with Key Account. - Energetic &amp; ready to travel Educational Requirement/Field of Study : - Engineering degree + MBA - Generic bachelor's degree + MBA also accepted
