Experience:- 2 to 4 Years Qualifications :- MBA from Tier 1/2 Institutes Only Should have retail sales work experience in the Rural Market. Candidates should be flexible about relocation anywhere in India. Job Responsibilities : Purpose : - Implement and Monitor strategies & policies to achieve targeted sales, TP and improve market share of Sleepwell on a sustainable basis. Strategically build Sales Team and Rural, Channel for achieving business objectives while maintaining customer relationships. Key Accountability : - Sales Target, Market Development & Penetration, Customer Satisfaction, Team Development. Key Decision: - Propose introduction / discontinuation of Products developing upon Competition. Working Relation : - Establish an effective relationship with the Sales Head to give inputs / market feedback. Establish close relationships with Channel Partners to understand the market needs and challenges. Work closely with the marketing department for branding/publicity support at local level. Close relation with Commercial to ensure that all financial claims of the channel are settled within time.
