Position Overview:

Shaze is seeking a highly motivated Ecommerce Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving profitable growth and development for the channel by strategically building relationships with Amazon and other online marketing venues. This role effectively develops and cross-functionally executes comprehensive online sales and ecommerce business development plans.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

- Manages account P&L through forecasting and budget development to drive sales and profitable revenue

- Develop and implement short and long term vision and strategic business plans to drive company growth objectives

- Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth

- Oversees implementation and execution of item promotional campaigns that lead to increased sales and market share

- Trouble shoot customer, product, and site issues. Trains staff on how to respond and address issues.

- Communicate and work collaboratively with Shared Services (supply chain, product management) to gain alignment in achieving overall business goals.

- Creative thinker that finds new processes and solutions for business strategy

- Evaluate future platform opportunities. Apply learnings from real-time E-commerce, digital and consumer trends as well as emerging digital tools. Conduct extensive online research, at all times understanding marketing and sales strategies from all major ecommerce retailers

Experience, Skills & Knowledge:

We are looking for an innovative and forward-thinking candidate who will work hard and enthusiastically take on many responsibilities.

- Preferably candidates with more than 8 years Ecommerce experience in a multichannel fashion/retail environment is preferred

- Determination to achieve and willingness to continually learn with a proven record of demonstrating initiative and delivering results

- Experience of creating strategies specific to retailers- platforms e.g. Amazon

- Experience in both B2C and B2B eComm channels is preferable

- People management experience preferable

- Ability to influence and interact with senior management

- Adaptable and flexible; responsive and resourceful in a fast-paced, quick turn business model

- Experience with digital marketing and online sales

- Superior verbal and written communication skills

- Microsoft Software; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Database related programs
