Shaze - Head - Supply Chain

The main purpose of the Position is to lead and drive an effective and efficient end-to-end supply chain & logistics system for our entire range of superior design, cutting edge technology, premium priced range of "new world luxury" products. The Position will report to Chief Executive Officer.

What you will do:

- Lead, guide, train and motivate a team which will execute buying and merchandising, warehousing, logistics, quality control, sales & operation planning.

- Create and meet Supply Chain metrics and KPIs outlined in the Annual Operating Plan. Set up robust, agile, and efficient supply chain processes and systems to streamline the value chain between product planning, warehousing and logistics operations leading to operational excellence and profitability.

- Build excellence in planning, storage and movement of materials, goods, and products to ensure their availability at the right time, right place, right cost and of right quality.

- Create and implement best practice of supply chain principles, policies, and processes across the organization in alignment with organizational goals

- Identify vendors and suppliers which can manufacture our products with the highest expectations on product quality at the most cost-effective prices. Manage consequent vendor relations for ongoing and future new products.

- Identify the best packaging suppliers for delivering the best "unboxing experience" to consumers.

- Guide all warehousing & logistics operations especially in the context of pivoting towards Direct to Consumer digital / e-commerce go to market model.

You need to have

- Relevant experience of at least 10 years in supply chain management primarily in a strong direct to consumer e-commerce model.

- Exceptional strengths in vendor identification and management with hands on experience in warehousing, and outbound logistics to end consumers

- Ability to understand implications of strategic choices to supply chain and logistics operations. Agility in making changes in relevant areas in line with potential changes in strategic choices.

- Ability to recognize the big picture while having the sharpest eye towards detail, and a predominant action-based mindset
