Role Objectives : This role ensures that there is continuous growth and development in the field of employer-employee relationship. Accountable for change management and planning the future growth of the workforce capability both personally and professionally. Role Responsibilities : 1. Preparation of HR Annual Business Plan (ABP) and monitoring its execution 2. Planning and facilitating PMS across the organization 3. Drive different human resources strategies and oversee execution of elements such as compensation/ payroll, rewards and recognition, career plans, etc. 4. Strategizing and formation of the HR Strategy and directions for the Company to be a Great Place to Work in next 3 years 5. Create a learning and value based organization by bringing in best practices from across industries 6. Developing and cascading change management programs and exposing the workforce to newer, refined and best practices 7. Workforce capability building and development plan 8. Making Leadership Pipeline 9. Spear-heading talent identification and development programs 10. Provide strong partnership to various departments advising on various OD issues and HR interventions 11. Driving HR Automation 12. Membership of various HR forums/institutions for reputation management 13. Initiate &amp; developing Employer branding, Employee Engagement Program
