Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the team of procurement and manage end to end Supply chain and from procure to pay.
- Research, evaluate and compare products and services to determine which best meet the organization's needs
- Obtaining goods at the right cost can determine whether the company achieves profitability. Doing detail cost benefit analysis.
- Spend Analysis
- Inventory control & Demand Forecasting
- Negotiating contracts
- Projecting future needs
- Evaluating supplier performance
- Compliance, Audit & Governance.
- Risk Management.
- CSR
- ERP & Digitalization.
- Manage the team handling sourcing and contracts.
- Coordinate with the Group Procurement Team and collaborate on best practices.
- Publish Periodic Dash Boards and MIS.
