Senior Manager - Clients Interests Protection

- Organize a consistent and coherent roll out of PIC policies and processes across Sharekhan

- Monitor compliance to PIC regulations in Sharekhan through the reporting and escalation processes

- Promote consistency of practices within Sharekhan and recommend best practices all along the product/client relationship life cycle.

- In-charge of Mutual Fund and Insurance business related Compliance.

- Interface between Legal, Customer Service and Communication Teams to target all customer related aspects.

- In-charge of all customer related interactions.

- Co-ordinate with all regulatory entities for customer related queries.

- Develop an efficient system and process for customer related queries and complaints

 Identify key PIC related risk areas across Sharekhan basis of: 

i. Business Units profile (activities, products types, client profile, distribution channels)

ii. applicable regulatory frameworks (local regulations, jurisprudence) and relevant Group policies
