Sharekhan - Data Science Specialist

FUNCTIONAL

- Ability to understand the business context, convert to a data analytics problem, work on data to come up with patterns and interpretations

- You will also work together with the team to convert those interpretations to actionable suggestions and later deploying those, with the business function to create impact

- Thus the role, while working on data and analytics gets exposure to the end to end value chain of data driven decision making

TECHNICAL

- Data Preparation & Feature Engineering - Cleansing and making appropriate data elements available

- Mathematical modelling, Machine Learning techniques & Segmentations shall be used for predictive analytics that forms the foundation of priorititzation and differentiation strategies

- Sharekhan being a Phygital Model the role shall work on both behavioral and digital data elements to come up with insights.

- This exposure forms a key part of the value proposition of this position.

- Insights and recommendations shall be presented to the senior management of the organization and the role plays an important part in communicating data driven strategies.
