Job Description :

- RBI compliance's with respect to NBFC, including monthly/ periodical filing of returns, data submission with RBI as per guidelines and circulars issued by RBI from time to time

- Drafting of policies taking into consideration any new regulations and circulars issued by RBI in respect to NBFC

- Ensuring policies of the company incorporating the changes in the circular issued by RBI site in respect to NBFC

- Reviewing product /process and new business models from regulatory point of view and advising on the same

- In-house advice on all regulatory issues and identifying possible concerns from a regulatory affairs perspective & suggest necessary proactive measures in a timely manner

- Handling RBI Inspection, producing relevant documents/details to officials on time, reply to draft observations, ensuring no adverse comments in the inspection report

- Conduct and plan compliance & process visits Pan India

- Identify discrepancies during branch visit. 

- Train and guide the team in process and the areas of compliance

- To observe and capture the compliance alerts
