ShareJoy - Chief Technical Officer/Cofounder/Tech Lead

Everyone wants special events in their life to be remembered and cherished. We are a bunch of IIT Bombay Alumni working on a social media platform that will help people to plan & engage with events like never before.

We are looking for Chief Technical Officer (CTO).

The Applicant Should be :

- A highly motivated & passionate individual with an entrepreneurial mindset

- A results-oriented individual, with a strong will to win

- Able to take end to end ownership of the project.

- It doesn't matter if you have the relevant experience or not, or in case you have failed in your last attempt. As long as you have the desire and fire to create value and leave a mark we would love to hear from you.

What you will be doing :

- Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code

- Design, build and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Java code

- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application

- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs

- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

An Ideal Candidate will have -

- Track record of implementing well designed mobile applications

- Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and multi-screen resolution

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services

- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning

- Experience of working with Social Network Integration (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)

- Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications

- Experience with In-app purchase and social networking integration.
