Sharechat & Moj's Ads Team is looking for an accomplished business professional to lead the Mid Market Team for our Ads Business. What you'll do: - Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status - Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence - Achieving growth through new business development and hitting sales targets as well as managing, converting, and upselling existing clients - Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs - Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Director of Sales as well discussing contracts negotiations and deals with clients Who are you: - 1-4 years of previous work experience in sales, management, key account management, or relevant experience in ad sales (Digital sales) - Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently - Goal-oriented, organized team player - Encouraging team and staff; able to lead - Excellent interpersonal relationship skills - In-depth understanding of the company's key clients and their position in the industry - Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories (ROM & Gujarat) - Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions - Bachelor or Master's degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field; Master's degree preferred - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person - Basic computer skills, and experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on superior Excel skills.
