Job Overview: You will be leading the content strategy and operations for North India. You should be able to identify, structure, lead and complete operationally-focused projects, interfacing across the team and cross-functionally to ensure alignment &amp; fast execution. What you'll do: - Responsible for overall performance of the app in North India-creator &amp; content growth, retention and market share - Leading strategy and operations for different types of content supply: UGC, PGC, Influencers/KOLs - Growing and managing creator &amp; user communities - Analysing data to identify problems/patterns and finding scalable solutions/opportunities - Coordinating with product, growth &amp; business development teams for overall smooth operations &amp; new experiments Additional responsibilities : - Hiring new team members &amp; building the team - Providing guidance to the managers and rest of the team - Establishing processes for reviews, training &amp; other team activities - Coaching, mentoring, performance management of team members Who you are: - Graduation/MBA from a top-tier university with consistent outstanding academic record - 4+ years of operations, business management or consulting experience - Possess excellent quantitative and analytical skills - Highly collaborative, flexible and team-oriented
