Job Overview: Sharechat is looking for an Associate Manager - Content and Operations for its short-form video content vertical, Moj, with a critical and analytical mindset who can handle various strategic responsibilities like user personalization, content evolution, and social syndication. You should be able to create, develop, and own projects, and generate valuable insights, interfacing across the team that drive operational excellence across the entire platform. What you'll do: - Responsible for the day to day Moj Feed Operations - Develop data-driven approaches to identify problems/trends and find conclusions leading to optimized solutions/opportunities - Coordinate with product, growth &amp; business development teams for language-specific operations leading to actionable insights that drive growth and enhance the user experience - Research, analysis &amp; leveraging of internal/external content trends - Ensuring quality by overseeing all the review/report processes while working in collaboration with language associates - Identifying, analyzing, modeling, and deploying competitive market strategies and monitoring current/potential users - Ability to work with cross-functional teams and collaborate with content strategists, designers, copywriters, researchers, and product marketers - Possess excellent quantitative, critical, and analytical skills to make well-informed business decisions - Collaborate, consult, and effectively communicates findings, insights, and recommendations to business leaders - Ability to maintain a high-performance learning environment for the associates Who you are: - Bachelors/Master's degree from a top-tier university with a consistent outstanding academic record, MBA or advanced degree would be a plus - 0-2 years of experience in business management, marketing, or consulting - Experience of working with Excel/SQL/Python is a plus - Highly collaborative, flexible, team player and result oriented - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Self-starter, capable of taking initiative and working with minimal direction - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up culture - Attention to detail and accuracy
