Let's create an impact, join GTO team: Job Description Function: Reach Out Team Role and Responsibilities: - Represent the team and coordinate with Government Bodies such as NITI Aayog and Department of Commerce executives wrt to different programmes through efficient and effective administrative and logistical support In consultation with internal and external stakeholders. - Actively attend and contribute to committee meetings, and other relevant forums - Accurate and timely production of information, documentation and records - Research and compile information using analytical and presentation tools, including web-based, scheduling, word processing, database, spreadsheets, and publishing to produce accurate and timely electronic and paper documentation and records and ensure effective and efficient internal and external communication - Managing classified documents - creation of new files for political/economic section Desired Qualification & Skills: - Ability to liaise with senior government officials, industry representatives, academic and civil society representatives regarding visits. - Strong administrative and organizational skills, including demonstrated ability in managing events, programs and/or visiting delegations. - Proven ability to work independently and also as part of a team; flexibility in accepting and/or sharing tasks.
