We are looking for a highly qualified legal personnel with minimum 5 years of experience. Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Work alongside other functions and departments within Shangrila Corporate Services, to provide accurate and timely advice on various queries. - Strict adherence to deadlines in relation to these answering queries and finding quick resolutions. - Draft, review and approve legal documents. - Maintain current knowledge of amendments of government policies and implementation in resolving queries. - Understanding of cliental agreements and other relevant documents in order to assist them. Requirements: - Graduate / Post Graduate in Law from a reputed institute - 5- 8 years of total experience - At least 3 years' experience in a leading law firm with Litigation/ Non - Litigation background. - In-depth understanding of drafting agreements - Statutory/ Regulatory Compliance Management - Excellent drafting & negotiating skills - Excellent communication skills, both in written and in oral - Concisely, clearly and logically.
