We are looking for an experienced TA professional to head our Talent Acquisition team and help us to grow our Trade Advisory business multi-fold. SCS is at an inflection point having grown at 30% Y-O-Y for the last 3 years and is now looking to ramp up the head count to 2-2.5X in the next 9-12 months as it starts new business verticals. The role will be based out of its Mumbai HQ. Key Responsibilities: 1. This role will be part of the core leadership at SCS, executing the mission and vision of the organization. 2. Work closely with management to understand the business needs and roadmap in terms of people capital requirements and execute the project plan. 3. Collaborate with hiring managers and business unit leaders to understand business requirements and create robust hiring plans 4. Lead end to end Talent Acquisition initiatives to induct high high performing and accountable talent. 5. Stay updated with future workforce needs and current industry trends 6. Manage and drive efficiency of the Talent Acquisition team 7. Maintain an effective hiring mechanism with efficient hiring metric viz. conversion rates, joining's, TAT etc. Knowledge & Skills: The ideal candidate will have a relevant track record and combine strong interpersonal skills with a self-starting, proactive attitude. Relevant post graduate degree (MBA/Masters in HRM) 2. 7+ Yrs of experience in Talent Acquisition with track record in headcount ramp-up in a high growth start-up 3. Excellent people management skills 4. Demonstrable experience with Talent Acquisition best practices 5. "Growth Hacker" Skill Set with strong sense of ownership for work 6.
