- Min experience 5 Years

- Knowledge of basic lab skills.

- Knowledge of chemical lab safety guidelines and regulations.

- Thorough working knowledge of advanced math and chemistry and their applications

- Thorough working knowledge of chemical formulation and composition as applied to research

- Knowledge of raw materials and proper equipment to be used in testing practices

- Knowledge of production operations and processing methods

- Knowledge of quality and process improvement concepts, principles and methodologies

- Knowledge of quality control standards and practices

- Ability to use a computer and software systems

- Ability to train and educate technical personnel in a wide range of technical areas

- Ability to solve difficult problems and effectively participate in innovative research

- Ability to plan, organize and complete work as scheduled

- Ability to maintain laboratory research and testing records

- Ability to exercise initiative in designing and implementing independent chemical research

- Ability to communicate effectively

- Ability to understand the reasons behind the testing procedures.

Key Responsibilities :

- Development of Compounded Plastic Polymers according to specification, Granule and applications.

- Development of any Color and additive master batches for commodity and engineering polymers.

- Responsible for providing Technical services with Corrective/ preventive action Plan for any complaint received from the Client.

- Conducting new technical development trials and reporting to the Plant Head.

- Monitoring and coordinating with the production staff to ensure the quality of product on daily basis.

- Preparing salvage Plan according to rejected lot and lumps.

- Maintaining Processing parameters for new development and communicating the same to Production and Quality Team.

- Responsible for New Color and Grade Trial.

- Responsible for Maintaining Process through SPC & Maintain quality.

- To develop Salvage Plan to control the Scrap Generation
