Experience / Qualifications:
- Ideally Textile Engineering graduate with 20+ years of experience in Woven Textile manufacturing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Strategizing/conceptualizing & executing the plans of the BU by introducing products, solutions to our clients to maximize revenue and market share.
- P&L delivery - full accountability & strong operations focus.
- Drive the Customer Value Proposition, including customer experience, pricing, go-to-market strategies, product differentiation, etc.
- Foster strong alignment of all functions and resources across Technology, HR, Product, Marketing, Operations, Market Research, Creative, Finance, Sales, and others.
- Monitor, measure the metrics, business regularly and create the necessary changes to grow the business innovatively.
- Constantly involved in cost reduction and improved project management exercises to keep the BU sustainable.
- Able to anticipate the problems and create a consensus and involved engagement of the employees to work towards profitability.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholder
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with strong ability to communicate at all levels, up to and including the Board Membership
Desired Profile:
- Candidate should be from Woven Textile manufacturing industry
- Strong team-player and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Visionary Thinker, Change Manager & Risk Taker with entrepreneurial drive--Involved in developing strategy for initiating & closing the Business Plans with Short Term and Long Term Strategic
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, ability to influence internal & external customers.
