With the current growth of assets under our management touching 30% year on year, we are determined to push boundaries and take the company to the next level. To support this vision, we are on the lookout for a CEO, who has proven track record and is aggressive in setting milestones to spearhead this journey with robust conviction
Responsibilities-High level:
Will be responsible to create, plan, implement and integrate the strategic direction of the company. The objective is to significantly grow and strengthen the company's assets under management in a transparent and an ethical manner, keeping the business sustainable while enhancing the market standing of the company
Detailed:
- Create a 3 year business plan with clear goals to achieve
- Identify and formulate a strong team that can help in the successful execution of the plan
- Provide professional leadership to the team
- Work in close collaboration with the senior management team (Executive Committee) in high level decision making and strategic planning
- Formulate a structured reporting matrix for the benefit of the Executive Committee for closely monitoring the progress of the laid out business plan
- Manage the Brand representation with utmost professionalism
- Strategically network within the industry to leverage brand visibility and facilitate growth
- Seek inorganic growth opportunities that offer value proposition
Past Experience:
- Minimum 10 to 15 Years of Wealth Management experience with existing relationships
- Successful track record of building, scaling and improving market standing in an enterprise
- Significant experience in high level decision making, fostering relationships with key stakeholders and building proper team to successfully execute the laid out business plan
Traits and Personality:

- Expert business/industry knowledge
- Should be keen to listen and adapt to ideas & suggestions.
