Company background :

- We are a Customer Centric financial products distribution company in Mutual Fund, Portfolio Management Services, Life Insurance & General Insurance. With the current AUM growing @ 30% year on year, we desire to push boundaries to take the company to the next level. To support this objective, we are on the lookout for a Business Head, who has successful track record of developing a professional team which will help us in our business development goals.

Responsibilities-High level :

- To direct promote and coordinate the business development process in a manner that will achieve company's growth and realize long term visions.

- Help to improve organizational efficiency to optimize sales and revenue generation and maximize profitability.

Detailed :

- Create a business plan outlining clear goals to achieve.

- Identify and formulate a strong business development team that can help in accomplishing company goals

- Provide professional leadership to the team and also ensure that the team is properly trained

- As a part of the senior leadership team will work in close collaboration with them in high level decision making and strategic planning

- Ensure effective Brand representation

- Manage relations with all clients and industry counter parts

Past Experience :

- Minimum 10 to 12 Years of experience in Business Development and relationship management in the Wealth Management Industry primarily covering Mutual Funds and PMS apart from other financial products.

- Experience in team building and their training that helps team members develop their skills.

- Significant experience in fostering relationships with key stakeholders that will successfully execute business plans.

- Good business/industry knowledge

- Keen to adapt ideas & suggestions.

Compensation :

- Will comprise of fixed and variable components matching industry standards
