Responsibilities: - Identify initiatives to: Increase sortation center processing speed and reduce connection misses - Deployment of new processes along with coordination with training team - Identify any process improvements and performance improvement opportunities locally and look to implement by doing pilots and proving out goodness - Be the first point of contact for any operations and tech escalations and look to resolve the same by following standard L0 tech issue resolution protocols - Kaizen projects to improve efficiency and performance at every level - Support central design team in deployment of automation projects and execution - Gather product requirements from Ground up - improve DC tech systems - Co-ordination with training team to ensure training modules are updated as per new process deployments and training and refresher trainings being done to everyone - 20% Travel within Multiple DCs in the same zone
