- Responsible to deliver on the special project/program with defined goals by working closely with the respective internal stakeholders - Execute programs to ensure sustainability and scalability of the processes related to the Logistics Network - Execution and implementation of layout changes, automation and efficiency improvements projects across assets in the supply chain - Develop processes for the Sort Center and Linehaul, measure efficiency, and drive improvements through coordination with multiple stakeholders - Develop and implement new SOPs to streamline operations - Liaise with Ops, Quality and Training to implement and drive new processes/product features - Work with ODPC and Product team to resolve issues at the sortation centers and line haul network - Ensure escalation and priority resolution of tech issues report by the operations team Expectation - Post graduate degree in Business Management from a Tier-1 college/ university (IIMs/ ISB etc.) with good academic track record - 5-10 years of experience in a Process/ Service Excellence/ Quality/ Operations role - Knowledge on Logistics, Supply Chain and Ecommerce will be preferred - Should have work experience in Process Improvement role - Previous experience of handling a minimum of 5+ team members is mandatory - Good communication skills for articulation of issues, solutions and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels - Ability to handle, escalate & resolve queries in a timely manner - Proficient using MS-Office/Excel Location would be Bangalore
