This role would require travelling and past experience of setting up Restaurants / Backend Kitchens from scratch. Experience with any major Food-tech / Cloud Kitchen company is a plus. This role will require field travelling. Prior experience in Food-tech / Food Industry / F&B is must. Roles & Responsibilities - Setup new multi cuisine kitchen facilities on Cloud kitchen format across the country. - Understanding of Kitchen design and flow - Managing Procurement, Supply chain and inventory - Designing right scalable model for scaleup across country - Liaison with 3rd party consultants on above deliverable and getting required Govt. licences in place. - Strong cost and P&L control over facilities - Strong people management and ground operations management
