This role would require travelling and past experience of working in Food-tech sector managing middle mile and last mile operations. Prior experience in Food-tech / Food Industry / F&amp;B is must. Roles &amp; Responsibilities :&nbsp; - Strategically plan and manage middle mile and last mile operations - Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency - Resolve any arising problems or complaints - Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets - Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements Prior Experience (Must have) :&nbsp; - Fleet management experience - Knowledge in defining operations processes/operations management - Experience in defining &amp; implementing training processes for on-ground manpower - Experience of managing a Warehouse / Darkstore / Kitchen is a plus.
