- Own speed charter for the linehaul network - Evaluate Network Change requests from internal and external stakeholders basis multiple factors like Speed, Cost and Reliability - Execute quantitative analysis that translates data into actionable insights - Analyse data and provide network change recommendations to improve speed across the supply chain - Own short, medium and long term planning for the Linehaul network - Work closely with Operations, Control Tower, Design, Process control, Sales and Last mile & First mile team to develop monthly demand and capacity plans Expectation : - MBA from a Tier-1 college (IIM, ISB, FMS, NITIE) with good academic track record - 3+ years of post MBA experience in a process design/ process excellence/ planning role - Preference for candidates with Logistics/ Ecommerce work experience, specific linehaul experience is an advantage - Previous experience of handling a minimum of 4+ team members is mandatory - Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities - Proficiency in Excel a must, SQL is preferred - Ability to leverage large datasets to support business decisions by deriving strong insights - Good communication skills for articulation of issues, solutions and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels - Self-starter and willingness to learn more - Good stakeholder management skills - Location would be Bangalore
