- Own and track key operational metrics across performance and pendency for Line haul - Analyse the pendency and performance metrics to share insights for improvement - Work closely with Operations, Planning, Design, Process control, Sales and Last mile &amp; First mile team to ensure smooth operations on a day-to-day basis - Resolve Client escalation by undertaking RCAs and corrective actions in coordination with other teams - Coordinate with all teams across location to improve handshake processes - Conduct periodic Business performance reviews along with Operations and Sales teams for key accounts - 5-10 years of experience in a Control Tower/ Operations/ Supply chain role - Preference for candidates with Logistics/ Ecommerce work experience, specific linehaul experience is an advantage - Previous experience of handling a minimum of 8+ team members is mandatory - Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities - Proficiency in Excel a must - Ability to leverage large datasets to support business decisions by deriving strong insights - Good communication skills for articulation of issues, solutions and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels - Self-starter and willingness to learn more - Good stakeholder management skills - Location would be Bangalore
