SuperApp would grow from 1Mn download to 100Mn downloads in 5 years and this journey needs to be led by the User growth person As a Senior Director / AVP -Product you will : We are seeking an experienced and talented Product Manager who can help us scale our delivery partner network The key responsibilities of the role include : - Define and own the Product Roadmap and Strategy that is in alignment with the Business goals. - Build a deep understanding of our partners, their aspirations and be the internal expert of the users. - Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify innovative opportunities that strengthen and differentiate our offerings and make Shadowfax the most preferred platform for our partners. - Collaborate with the Operations, Engineering and Design team to build products that deliver business value for our Partners. - Prioritise projects, lead product initiatives and ship features. Measure impact and share learnings with the team. Target Universe : - Overall 7-10 years of experience with at least 2 years in Product Function at a Technology Company - Ability to think strategically and execute with a keen eye for details - Demonstrate strong problem solving skills. Should have an ability to dive into data, do customer and market research and come up with insights - Excellent communication skills - Can inspire teams and lead by influence - A background in engineering is a plus - Prior experience in consumer apps and growth roles is a plus
