- Own and deliver on the Rider Lifecycle Management processes, including but not limited to: Source compliant Partners Drive revenues through Partner Inventory and Branding Develop and optimize the supply chain network - Develop processes for the above, measure efficiency, and drive improvements through coordination with multiple stakeholders - Develop and maintain cordial relationships with vendors, participate in price negotiations and improve the contractual terms - Drive Product Developments / features to support and improve process related but not limited to supply chain performance, warehousing, fulfillment, inventory distribution, grooming adherence, background checks, insurance qualification and support - Develop, implement and provide detailed analysis and reports to the management - Train, guide and manage a team of 2+ Program Managers and 20+ Off Roll Agents QUALIFICATIONS DESCRIPTION: - 3-5 years of related job experience - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in managing data - Excellent written and oral communication & interpersonal skills
