Job Role - Program Manager - Process Excellence &amp; Audit Location: Bangalore Experience: 3 - 9 years Job Description: - Review existing Supply Process to identify gaps and opportunities for improvements - Develop actionable insights and create relevant Process Transformation Roadmaps - Own the individual Process Transformation Roadmaps - across scope, budget, execution timelines - Co-ordinate with cross functional teams to ensure on-time and within budget execution of the Process Transformation Roadmap - Ensure sustained business improvement results through regular Audits - Manage a team of ~10 Audit Executives who will serve as the eyes and ears on the Ground - Ensure accuracy, efficacy and documentation of the audits - Lead investigations into Identified Process Gaps / Frauds - Manage stakeholders across the organizational hierarchy and funcations - Should be flexible to travel to multiple locations within the country Skills: - Process Design and Optimization - Program Management - MS Office - Stakeholder Management
