Job Description :
a. To institute a clear process and timeline for conducting reconciliations with customers on various disputes.
b. Reconciliations are closed within the defined timelines. Work with the Customers, and internal teams as needed.
c. Debit proposals from the customers are thoroughly scrutinized and negotiated.
d. Responsible for pending AR due to Recon. Will follow-up with the customers to ensure the post recon money is received within defined timelines.
c. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that any of the reasons causing variation between our data and Customer data is addressed at the root cause level. Related process issues are fixed.
