Shadowfax has a US$60 MN annualized revenue run rate currently which it expects to increase to US$350 MN by FY23 As a Manager - Operations & Tech Process Excellence - Demonstrate strong knowledge of improving processes through Six Sigma / Lean/ methods and can perform basic analysis of both unstructured and structured data - Develop processes for the Sort Center and Linehaul, measure efficiency, and drive improvements through coordination with multiple stakeholders - Develop and implement new SOPs to streamline operations - Manage Tech support helpdesk to provide first level resolution for tech issues - Liaise with Ops, Quality and Training to implement and drive new processes/ product features - Develop strong understanding of systems and processes to resolve operational issues in real time - Work with ODPC and Product team to resolve issues at the sortation centers and line haul network - Ensure escalation and priority resolution of tech issues report by the operations team
