As a Manager Audit and Recon you will: - Own first response for all reported cases of loss/dispute within SOP timelines - Coordinate with Zonal audit teams to drive pendency metrics for high ageing shipments and ensure expedited clearance - Undertake excel data analysis to trace and track shipments across supply chain - Own faster closure of all reconciliations by coordinating with Sales and Operations teams - Work closely with Operations (Warehouse & Linehaul) and Last mile &amp; First mile team to ensure cross-functional disputed shipments are resolved - Work with Operations and Security teams to trace gaps and implement new processes to reduce losses across assets - End-to-end ownership of shipments moved to exception area for various issues at sortation center - Understand the systems and processes to identify performance gaps and resolve them Expectation: - Engineering degree from a Tier-1 college/university with good academic track record - 3-6 years of experience in an Operations/Audit role - Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities - Proficiency in Excel a must - Knowledge on Logistics, Supply Chain and Ecommerce will be preferred - Good communication skills for articulation of issues, solutions and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels Location would be Bangalore
