Job Description : We are currently looking for Accounts Receivable Manager with 4 to 6 years of post-qualification corporate experience Job Location : Bangalore Education : Qualified CA with Maximum 2-3 Attempts. Required Skills : - Responsible for invoicing, mailing, recording and collection - Post and review payments received from clients. - Maintain required files, reports, and data. Reconcile and rectify all ledger accounts belonging to customers. - Assist in implementing the day-to-day functions of the Billing department - Oversee and streamline billing and collections processes - Responsible for Bank Reconciliation -Reconciling payments to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transactions - Assist in preparing financial and statistical reports as directed - Monitor and collect accounts receivables. Report delinquent accounts to the function head. - Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements - Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles - Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions - Annual closing and finalization of Accounts - Undertaking monthly closing of accounts - Coordinating with internal and statutory auditors - Ensuring timely payments to various stakeholders - Identifying process gaps and developing internal controls to fill those gaps - Liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues - TDS and GST working knowledge
