Shadowfax has a US$60 MN annualized revenue run rate currently which it expects to increase to US$350 MN by FY23 As a Content Writer, You will, As an internal content lead you will be supporting the Human resources function overall with special focus on Learning and Development of Shadowfaxians. You will need to help in developing and designing content for engagement, learning and training purposes. The role required you to assess and understand the training gaps across skills, knowledge and attitude inorder to create engaging learning content and at the same time design content to create and keep excitement around the employee engagement calendar planned by the team. The role would be responsible to create compelling training and engagement content based on adult learning principles by applying instructional design theories, practices and methods. The aim of this content will be to enable HR L &amp; D to facilitate learning across varied learning groups and help build skills and competencies in an effective manner. The role would be involved in developing both online and offline content and develop content using the latest tools, gamification and animation. He/She will work in the marketing team and liaison with all stakeholders in delivering business goals and objectives.
