Job responsibilities : - P&L Management : Control the costs and improve on the profitability. Focus on improving the efficiency - Service Quality : Ensure the Delivery SLA's are maintained as per the expectations and ensuring the quality of service - Client management : Maintaining relationship with the client at the city level . Handling operational issues and closing them within the stipulated timeline - Best Practices: Implement organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures - Sales & Marketing: Plan and support sales & marketing activities along with sales team Skills: - Team management - Entrepreneurial skills in terms of innovation and problem solving - Excellent analytical and communication skills - Demonstrates strong team working abilities and commitment Qualification : - Bachelors / Masters- Degree in any discipline (MBA from tier 1/tier 2 college is a plus) - 4+ years of experience.
