Shadowfax has a US$60 MN annualized revenue run rate currently which it expects to increase to US$350 MN by FY23 As a Assistant Manager - Account Payable, You Will : - Approving vendor payments and employee reimbursements - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department - Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements - Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles - Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions - Meet financial accounting objectives - Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions - Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements - Assisting with strategic planning - Annual closing and finalization of Accounts - Undertaking monthly closing of accounts - Undertaking Variance analysis and MIS reporting. - Coordinating with internal and statutory auditors - Ensuring timely payments to various stakeholders - Ensuring timely reconciliation of vendor accounts - Ensuring implementation of Business policies - Identifying process gaps and developing internal controls to fill those gaps - Liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues - TDS and GST working knowledge - TDS return filling process understanding.
