Responsibilities:

- Write clear requirements, determining specifications and work with design (UX/UI) & engineering teams to deliver flawless products

- Develop a deep understanding of users: their problems, needs & desires

- Prioritize needs and develop product roadmaps to deliver on meeting customer & business expectations

- Set up hypothesis-driven product experiments and analyze results

- Communicate with stakeholders and drive the product development

- Identify, analyze and report on key product performance indicators (KPI)

- Analyze product flows and create relevant use-cases based on different scenarios

- Performing exploratory data analysis to identify trends in data and conduct root cause

- Manage relationship with strategic partners

Desired Skills:

- User behavior, requirements analysis, planning, problem-solving, analytical skills, people and product management

- Advanced Excel (python, R, SQL is a plus)

- Understanding of software development life cycle for web & mobile based products

- Ability to roll up sleeves and do whatever it takes to make the product successful

- Outstanding written/oral communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail
