SGM/AVP/VP - Industrial Relations & Manufacturing Excellence (15-25 yrs)
This role is responsible for industrial relations, trade-union management, contract labour management, labour-related statutory compliances, manufacturing productivity as well as employee safety and welfare across all manufacturing sites of the Company with the objective of ensuring a harmonious, productive and engaged manufacturing workforce at all sites.
