Summary of the Role The candidate will play a pivotal role in leading and managing all the data analytics and technology engagements, delivery and teams. Job Responsibilities Analytical Expertise: - Provide subject matter expertise in advanced analytics across verticals.&nbsp; - Generate insights and present findings and deliverables to clients and ensure that the project deliveries meet the requirements of clients.&nbsp; - Develop advanced analytical frameworks, algorithms, methodologies, processes and solutions that are built on customer centricity.&nbsp; - Provide thought leadership on new trends in analytics. Software development:&nbsp; - Work with clients to build software solutions/platforms across the full spectrum of SDLC including UI/UX to development to test automation to DevOps. Program management:&nbsp; - Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on schedule and in accordance with clients needs and expectations.&nbsp; - Ensure appropriate resource utilization, and quality of delivery.&nbsp; - Define and achieve the standard metrics and KPIs for clients and establish processes to measure them. The Delivery Lead will also be responsible for the design & review of the solution, innovations around scale of the solution, methodologies used, and infrastructure utilized for project delivery and cost optimization from SGAs perspective. People management: The Delivery Lead will be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for recruitment in the Data Analytics Practice and will liaise with the HR team to manage recruitments. Manage teams of data scientists and analysts and be responsible for their performance appraisals and career progression. Manage conflict, internal challenges, team motivation and people principles. Candidate must have - - Experience on leading multiple analytics engagements for global client companies - Super strong in advanced analytics, predictive modelling, unstructured text analytics - Dynamic personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Need to be able to get in front of prospects/customers and win them over with excellent subject matter expertise of analytics and persuasion skills - Experience in setting-up delivery and solutioning KPIs for teams and ensuring high performance - Experience in acquiring, developing and retaining talent Other Skills - Experience in leading delivery of full-scale software projects end 2 end is a big plus - High level of competence in Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning and Problem Solving - Ability and willingness to work with large amounts of data and work on multiple projects simultaneously - Advanced level of Knowledge in Mathematics, Statistics or Economics - Process and quality orientation - Good administration and communication skills (verbal and written) Education Masters in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics or Engineering&nbsp;&nbsp;
