Job Title : Sr/Manager Sales - Market Research Experience : 5-9 years Job Location : Pune Responsibilties : - The individual's main responsibilities will be to be to identify potential customers, create and close new business opportunities in line with the strategic direction of the company - To build and maintain strong client relationships by effectively initiating and handling communications - Deliver sales results through exceptional client engagement, fast turnaround times and in-depth knowledge of services - Identify the needs and motivators of clients and offer relevant competitive service accordingly - Set sales goals and keep check on a daily basis while working to achieve and exceed these goals - Build and maintain a high repeat and referral customer base Skills Required : - Should have academic background and knowledge of sales and BD. Sectorial knowledge in any of these industry sectors - Retail, ICT, BFSI, Pharma - Previous sales experience in services specifically Market Research, with the ability to achieve high conversion rates - Build subject matter knowledge and make confident recommendations to clients - Demonstrate ability to build strong relationships - Driven and motivated by sales targets to achieve sales incentives - Highly Customer / Client focused - Fluent English language skills (written and verbal) - Strong influencing and negotiating skills - Regular communications and alignment with management and delivery team Qualification : - Bachelors Degree in Business or Management - Prior sales and business development background
