Role : Financial Modeling &amp; Valuations Senior Analyst Working on financial modeling and valuation projects Responsibilities : - Must have good understanding of valuation principles, accounting concepts, financial statements and financial ratios - Build detailed financial models including LBO &amp; Merger models, Discounted Cash Flow, relative valuation, WACC and Beta calculation - Identification of listed comparable companies, comparable transactions and calculation of transaction multiples. Skills required : - Expertise in building assumptions, schedules and doing trend analysis and company/industry bench-marking - Knowledge of databases such as Bloomberg, CapIQ, Reuters, Factset - Strong writing skills and experience of working on pitchbooks, information memorandums would be an advantage.
