About this role: - The Analytics Lead would be a part of the Core Team (Core Project Team would comprise of NLP Lead, Data Architect, Analytics Lead, Technology Usability lead and would be led by a Project Director) - All the core team members would be experts with 10+ years of experience in their respective domains. The core team would play a pivotal role in effective execution of the project as well as presentation of the delivery plan to the clients senior management committee - The Analytics Lead would be responsible for the design, build, operationalization and governance of robust and system-tested analytics models, which would need to be deployed on the clients cloud platform and on-site location - This includes large scale projects (USD 500K and above) and type of clients (industry leaders across domains, including Government and public sector RFP based initiatives) that SGA works with. - The Analytics Lead would lead a team of relevant data scientists, data engineers and senior program developers, catalog and reference data management team (including external vendors) that would be responsible for building and deploying a highly user-friendly and user-interactive visualization (web portal) platform, that is supported by a self-serve analytics functionality - The Analytics Lead would be the expert at understanding the business application of the various sets of large database (at least 5 TB+) across formats (structured, semi-structured, structured) hosted at multiple cloud platforms of the client, by working closely with the relevant stakeholders at the clients site. - This role would require deep hands-on expertise in previous similar projects of at least INR 3-5 Crores revenue size, with case examples and strong client references. Required Work Experience: - 10+ years of overall industry experience specifically in data engineering, data science including machine learning models, BI enabled visualization,etc applied successfully for large-scale projects - 7+ Years of hands-on experience in Data Science And End-to-End Execution of Machine Learning solutions including predictive modeling(Viz Recommendation engines) and in-depth expertise in NLP-enabled solutions based on text mining, topic modeling, un-structured to structured text classification, sentiment analysis, etc. - 7+ Years of experience in Big Data / IoT/ Ai-driven Process Automation projects which involve end-to-end solutions integrating data engineering, systems architecture, NLP language expertise[text mining, topic modeling, un-structured to structured text classification, sentiment analysis], Data Science/Machine Learning algorithms [segmentation], BI Visualization[web/app application] etc. Project Characteristics: The applicant must be able to demonstrate expertise and experience on a minimum of at least 2-3 previously successful client assignments (of INR 2 Crore that have involved- - Mining and natural language processing based search on 1TB+ high data with interactive visualization - Extraction of large amounts of semi-structured data and its processing into machine readable formats with semantic classification of data points into a common schema - Successful roll-out of a live web/app interface with backend consisting of data warehousing from 1TB+ high data volumes; Domain: IT/ Technology / BFSI/ Telecom/CPG-Retail/ E-commerce/ Consultancy &amp; Service Providers, Start-ups in Analytics and Ai solutions, etc. Job Responsibilities: - Recruit/ Deploy and Lead a team of data scientists, business/sector expert analysts, catalog mangers to deliver an end-to-end self-serve analytics platform - Closely collaborate with Data/ Systems Architect, Ui Practice Lead, NLP Specialists and be accountable to the Project Director, to drive mile-stone based delivery - Contracting with relevant vendors (resource outsourcing, technology product licensing) as per the budgets and technical requirements of the project - Be the Analytics Practice Area Leader, and present a concrete solutions architecture plan (backed up by visible case studies) and implementation process-map, to prospective clients- especially for large scale RFP projects - Build a metadata management tracking tool (may include assessing and partnering with external vendors in this space) - Write blogs and present whitepapers on emerging data science trends and evolving technology stack in the Machine Learning and Ai solutions space. - Should identify and propose the appropriate data science programming language, cloud platforms data processing and storage system for the respective project/ client needs - Be entirely responsible for driving all SLAs related to user acceptance testing, prototype building, code freeze and deployment on production. - Liaise with relevant client stakeholders to drive clarity and sign-offs on required data related inputs, as well as intermediate data schema layout related guidelines - Work closely with the Systems Architect inorder to create a data warehouse architecture that is amenable and scalable to NLP-driven search functionalities /text mining as well as other machine learning solutions - Work closely with the Visualization /BI Practice Expert so as to design optimal workflows as well as visualization Ui front-end tools (including a tie-up with possible vendors) that can ensure industry standards on web-site data streaming time and data accuracy levels Specific Skills / Expertise: - Tools/ Scripting Languages: Python, PySpark,,SQL,java, SAS, R - Databases: MySQL, RedShift, MariaDB, BigQuery, Oracle, MongoDB, Tableau, QlikView, D3, Rshiny, Excel - ML Techniques (algorithms worked on): Random Forest / Decision trees, Gradient Boosting, Markov Chains, Logistic Regression,etc - Databases: MySQL, RedShift, MariaDB, BigQuery, Oracle, MongoDB - Cloud Platforms: AWS, MS Azure, GCP, Oracle cloud, etc. - Certification in Data Science/ Machine learning is mandatory - Certification in Big Data mandatory - Certification in NLP is highly desired
