Title : Lead Analyst Location : Pune Experience : 4+ years Must have skills: - Airlines and transportation sector experience - Financial modeling expertise - Good writing and communication Responsibilities: - Support the client analyst on various tasks which could vary from detailed financial modelling, report writing (sector, thematic, result updates, event updates, ICRs, IPOs), deep-dive secondary research to populate industry/company presentations, quality check of deliverables for self as well as peers, etc. - Regularly communicate with the in-house project manager as well as client on project updates and happenings - Maintain a task list of ongoing/pending tasks on a regular basis, and finalize task priorities with the lead analyst - Ensure that the tasks assigned are completed within the deadline, and ensure top quality output with a thoroughly conducted self-driven quality-check process - Maintain and update work related Tracker files for client/internal reporting purposes - Contribute to internal knowledge creation and work on ad hoc assignments on an as-required basis - Contribute in training and mentoring junior analysts/new joiners in the team - Maintain flexibility to learn new techniques and functionalities, and gain exposure to various types of assignments
