As a “Business Development Executive” responsibilities amongst others would include:
- Generate leads for the sales team we don’t have a pre sales team who would generate leads for the sales team thus this needs to be identify & capture opportunity for business development. This also includes participating through the closure process.
- Identify new markets/opportunities for business development
- Will create his/her own network through professional networking sites such as Linkedin, Facebook, etc.
- Study the prospects business model and identify the services that can be outsourced to company.
- Prepare responses to RFPs in consultation with the Delivery team.
- Research on financial services company’s e.g. commercial banks, investment banks, asset management companies, brokerage houses, corporate finance houses, private banks etc. and build database.
- Contribute ideas / content for the collateral, company’s blogs and the website.
The candidate should have:
- Excellent communication skills (Oral and written). Please note that candidates with average communication skills will not be considered
- Flexibility to work in shifts as per the requirement
- Strong eye for detail, out of the box thinking capabilities and passion to grow fast
- Good at lateral thinking
- 2+ of years relevant Business Development experience and knowledge about sectors would be an added advantage.
