Technical skills

- In-depth experience of one or more statistical tools such as SPSS or SAS or R

- Working knowledge of statistical techniques

- Working knowledge or experience in using MS Access/SQL Server; VBA programming skills would be an added advantage.

- Experience in working with big data in financial services space in one or more domains such as retail baking analytics, risk analytics

- Analytical expertise in Advance Statistical, Predictive Modeling and Business Intelligence Conversant with tools such as Time Series Analysis, Regression Modeling, Multivariate Analysis, Segmentation and Cluster Analysis, Conjoint Analysis, Decision Trees(CART etc. Business Intelligence specialization in Data Visualization and Big Data Reporting)

- Good understanding of the latest digital and social media trends, flair for consumer insights
