- Manage ESG research teams; responsible for managing ongoing client engagements and ad-hoc projects   - Conduct sustainability research & analysis of companies across multiple sectors on ESG companies  - Understand the client requirements and imparting the necessary training to the assigned team  - Build and maintain project-wise operational data such as work allocation, quality feedback, status reports, SOP, etc.   - Pro-active with client engagement  - Responsible for on-time and quality client deliverables  - Identify and implement process improvement ideas   - Track, monitor and communicate trends and opportunities in ESG domain  - Coordinate with business development team for market intelligence  - Maintaining the healthy and competitive work environment within the teams   - Prepare ESG marketing collaterals, white papers, RFP, etc.  - Client communication and stakeholder management  - Act as back-up for the project manager/senior manager
