SG Analytics - Associate Analyst - Investment Banking (1-2 yrs)
Role: Associate Analyst
Experience : 1 - 2 years
Location : Pune
Job Profile:
- Analysing company reports and documents to create pitchbooks, company profiles, information memorandums, sector reports, financial benchmarking and trading and transaction comps
- Proficient at analyzing market conditions, trends & drivers and creating detailed decks
- Keen eye for detail and the ability to source and read large documents to derive meaningful insights
- Interacting with the client for project coordination
- Responsible for quality check and client deliverable
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in investment banking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience in preparing pitch books, profiles, screening for targets/ buyers, sector reports, trading and transaction comps, as well as investment memorandums
- Competence in financial modeling, including detailed 3 statement forecasting, multiple scenario analysis, discounted cash flow valuation, capital structure modeling, LBO and merger modeling
- Knowledge of databases such as Refinitiv, Bloomberg, CapIQ, Factset, and Mergermarket
Education Qualifications: MBA/CFA
