Our client provides end-to-end supply chain solutions for all categories of information technology, telecom, lifestyle, healthcare, and solar products, looking to hire SFDC Practice Head to be based Chennai.
Job description:
- Designing and Developing SFDC Growth Strategy
- Work closely with the Pre-sales, Marketing team, and support in new opportunities by leveraging solutions, offerings, and services and translate them into a strong value proposition for Partners
- Designs technical end-to-end solutions for business processes using Salesforce.com, Lightning, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Force.com platform with integration to other applications including back office
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to Salesforce Business and grow the service line
- Guide and mentor the Salesforce development teams, design the technical solutions, enable the teams with best coding practices, and code reviews to meet business process & application requirement
- Assist partners in the design, architect, process development, functional implementation, and support of Salesforce CRM Applications
- Involved in end to end project management and will actively lead and manage requirements gathering, design, development, validation/testing, and deployment of the project
- Leading a team of developers, administrators, business analysts working on Salesforce projects
- Project Management skills including time and risk management, resource prioritization, and project structuring
- Strong leadership skills, including coaching, team building, and conflict resolution
